WORD PROCESSING: Typing, correspondence, estimates and/or contracts, sales reports/proposals, books, newsletters, brochures, resumes and cover letters.

STATISTICAL TYPING:  We can create a spreadsheet to meet your specifications, including financial statements.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES:  Assistance with travel arrangements, appointment scheduling and confirmation, event planning, voice mail and e-mail message retrieval, faxing, ordering meeting materials, office supplies, on-site office tasks (filing).

BOOKKEEPING ENTRY (QUICKBOOKS):  Preparation of invoices, monthly bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, financial reports, receipt entry.


MAILING SERVICES: Large or small we can take care of your mass mailing from setting up the document, printing the letters, envelopes or labels, and delivery to the post office. 

DATABASE MANAGEMENT/DATA ENTRY:  We can create and maintain a custom database for all of your clients or product information.

MASS E-MAIL SERVICES:  Use Constant Contact or Vertical Response? We can set up, schedule, maintain your e-mail address list, and send electronic mailings.
